摘要
目的对全程护理应用到整个机采血小板献血者护理中的效果进行探究。方法从2016年1月~2017年1月期间来我站进行无偿献血的献血者中抽取190例随机平均分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组给予全程护理模式。对比不同组别献血者不良反应发生情况、护理满意度、SAS与SDS评分。结果研究组献血者不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05),护理满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05),SDS评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在整个机采血小板献血者过程中应用全程护理模式,能够提升护理满意度、减少不良反应,具有大范围使用的必要。
Objective To explore the effect of whole nursing care on platelet donors in whole process of blood collecting. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,190 blood donors who received voluntary blood donation were randomly selected and were divided into control group and study groupequally.The donors of control group were given routine nursing mode,the donors of study group were given the whole nursing model.The adverse events nursing satisfaction,nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS score of blood donors in different groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group（P 〈 O,05）,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,The SAS and SDS score were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Whole nursing care is necessary to improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the adverse reactions on platelet donors in whole process of blood collecting,it is necessary to have a wide range of use
