4种植物生长调节剂对板栗离体花粉活力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以萘乙酸、赤霉素、吲哚丁酸和硼酸作为影响板栗花粉活力的调节剂,研究其不同浓度下板栗离体花粉萌发的效果。结果表明:适宜浓度的调节剂对花粉萌发均能起到促进作用,但效果存在差异,其中硼酸较吲哚乙酸和萘乙酸的促进效果更显著,4种调节剂适宜浓度分别为150mg·L^(-1)硼酸、15mg·L^(-1)吲哚丁酸、75mg·L^(-1)赤霉素、15mg·L^(-1)萘乙酸。 Taking naphthalene acetic acid, gibberellin, indolebutyric acid & boric acid as regulators which affect the vigor of pollen of Castanea mollissima , effects of these four regulators on the germination of in vitro pollen u nder different concentrations were studied. Result shows that the appropriate concentration of regulators can promote the pollen germination, but the effect is different. Adopting boron acid can obtain the optimal promotion than that of in-dolebutyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid. The optimum concentration of four kinds of regulators is respectively 150 mg ·L^-1 boric acid, 15 mg ·L^-1 indolebutyric acid, 75 mg ·L^-1 gibberellin, 15 mg ·L^-1 naphthalene acetic acid.
