摘要
研究了低温和植物生长调节剂对桃5个品种花粉萌发的影响。结果表明,低温对桃花粉的萌发和花粉管生长影响十分明显,但品种间差异很大,白花桃花粉最不耐低温,毛桃耐低温最强;解除低温后,在室温(16℃)下能使花粉迅速恢复萌发和花粉管生长。除CaC l2和VB2外,GA3,PI,NAA,BA和IBA,均能在低温条件下显著提高花粉的萌发率,促进花粉管生长。
Low temperature treatments had marked influence on the germination of the pollen of 5 peach varieties, with substantial intervarietal differences. The pollen of the variety Maotao appeared most low temperature - tolerant while that of Baihuatao was susceptible. After the termination of low temperature treatment, the pollen kept at room temperature ( 16℃ ) soon resumed germination and the pollen tube started to grow. With the exception of CaCl2 and VB2, all the growth regulators studied ( GA3, PI, NAA, BA and IBA) significantly promoted pollen germination and pollen tube elongation.
