摘要
采用花粉液体培养法研究了Ca2+对黄瓜花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:花粉放在没有外源Ca2+的培养液中,花粉萌发率稍低,但仍能萌发与生长,说明外源Ca2+并不是花粉萌发必需的。10-4mol/L的游离Ca2+最有利于花粉的萌发,EGTA对花粉萌发和花粉管的生长有抑制作用,但外源的Ca2+可以逆转EGTA的抑制作用。
The results of studying the effects of Ca^2+ on pollen germination and tube growth in cucumber by cultivating pollens in liquid media showed that Ca^2+ stimulated pollen germination and tube growth when pollen was cultivated in its lower concentration media. The results showed that Ca^2+ content was not obviously related to germination and tube length of pollen. The free of Ca^2+ at 10 4mol/L was favored to ix)lien germination. The EGTA at 10^-3 mol/L had the obvious inhibitory effect on pollen germination and pollen tube growth. But this function was reversed by Ca^2+.
