摘要
采用花粉液体培养法研究了不同植物生长调节剂及矿质元素对佛手柑花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响,结果表明:不同化学因子对佛手柑成熟花粉萌发和花粉管生长表现出不同的作用效果,在6-BA、GA3、IAA等植物生长调节剂中,以20 mg/L IAA的作用效果最好,佛手柑成熟花粉的萌发率和花粉管生长速率分别为53.26%和17.36μm/h。而B、Ca、K等不同矿质元素对佛手柑成熟花粉萌发和花粉管生长的作用效果则以40 mg/L CaCl2最好,佛手柑成熟花粉的萌发率和花粉管生长速率分别为58.90%和33.59μm/h。对照组佛手柑成熟花粉的萌发率和花粉管生长速率分别为25.11%和5.25μm/h。
Effects of different plant growth regulators and mineral elements upon germination of pollen and growth of the pollen tube of bergamot were studied. The results showed that different chemical factors have different effects on the germination of mature pollen and the pollen tube growth. 20 mg/L of IAA is the best among 6-BA, GAs and IAA, with the highest germination rate of the mature pollen and the pollen tube growth rate as 53. 260/oo and 17. 36 ttm/h separately. However, among B, Ca and K, 40 mg/L CaCl2 is the best with the germination rate of the mature pollen and the pollen tube growth rate as 58.90% and 33.59 μm/h respectively. And the germination rate of the mature pollen and the pollen tube growth rate of the control are 25.11%and 5.25 μm/h respectively.
