摘要
以植物生长调节剂(GA3,MH,IAA)在花期不同阶段处理后的全球红葡萄花粉为试材,通过观察花粉的染色及萌芽情况,研究不同植物生长调节剂对花粉活力的抑制程度。采用醋酸洋红进行活力鉴定,用1%琼脂、10%蔗糖和0.02%的硼酸配置的培养基进行花粉萌芽试验。结果表明:在三种植物生长调节剂对全球红葡萄进行处理后,MH对花粉的抑制作用最强,其次为GA3,IAA对花粉的抑制作用最弱。随着处理药剂浓度的升高,花粉的活力在不断减弱。在花期的不同阶段,处理的时间越接近始花期,对全球红葡萄花粉活力的影响作用越弱。
Detect of the pollen viability of induced Red globe by GA_3, MH and IAA at different days before blooming. Culture of pollens on a medium are amended with 1% agar, 10% sucrose and 0.02% B. The results obtained from this experiment were as follows: the consequence from up to down of the pollen viability and germination were IAA, GA_3 and MH. It has got the lowest brio of pollen that induced Red globe at six days before blooming. The brio of pollen that induced red globe at three days before blooming was lower than that induced at the beginning of blooming. High content of hormone was all restrained with the pollen viability and germination of red globe.
