摘要
[目的]为推广种植时板栗授粉品种的遴选及生产中制定花期喷硼的促果技术提供依据。[方法]以0203、0204、0205等8个板栗新品系花粉为试材,采用固体培养基发芽法,进行了培养时间(0、6、12、18、24、30、36h)和硼酸浓度(0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)两个因素的板栗花粉生活力测定试验,并在最佳培养时间和硼酸浓度条件下比较不同品系花粉的生活力。[结果]0.2%的硼酸浓度和30-36h的培养时间最有利于优系花粉粒的萌发,萌芽率为44.9%-89.0%。不同品系间花粉生活力存在显著差异,其中以0213最强,达89.0%,其次为0203、0204、0205、0207、0208、0212和0213,达60%以上,0211最低,仅44.9%。[结论]固体培养基中加入0.2%的硼酸溶液对花粉生活力有明显的促进作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to supply basis for the selection of pollinated Chinese chestnut varieties in the extension and setting down the technique of promoting fruiting by spraying boron in the flowering period in the production. [Method] With the pollens of 8 new Chinese chestnut lines such as 0203, 0204 and 0205 as tested materials, the determination experiment on the pollen viability of Chinese chestnut of the 2 factors of cuhure time (0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 h) and boric acid concn. (0.0%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3%) was conducted by germination on solid media. And the viabilities of pollens in different lines were compared under the optimum culture time and boric acid concn. [Result] The boric acid concn, of 0.2% and culture time of 30-36 h were most favorable for the germination of pollens in superior lines and their germination rates were 44.9%-89.0%. The pollen viability had significant difference among different lines, among which the pollen viability of 0213 was strongest, being up to 89.0%, that of 0203, 0204, 0205, 0207, 0208, 0212 and 0213 were secondary, being higher than 60% and that of 0211 was lowest, being only 44.9%. [Conclusion] The addition of 0.2% boric acid solution in solid media had significant promoting effect on pollen viability.
