摘要
在回顾中外历史上曾经有过的有关"教什么、学什么"的主张的基础上回答3个问题,即"核心素养"之于教育其本质是什么?应该站在谁的立场选择"核心素养"?应该发展学生哪方面的"核心素养"?研究最终认为,"核心素养"要回答的是学校教育"教什么",学生"学什么"的问题,也就是各级学校的课程设置问题;我们应该站在儿童的立场选择"核心素养";"正确的态度和可迁移的能力"是我们应该教给儿童的"核心素养",也就是学校课程的主要内容。
With a review of the ideas about what to teach and what to learn in the world history, this paper tries to answer the following three questions: what is the essence of key competencies to education? On whose stance shall we select the key competencies? And what kind of key competencies must we develop for the students? It has reached the conclusion that through the discussion of key competeneies, we should solve the problems of what to teach and what to learn in school education, that is, the problems of the curriculum desigm children are the key factor we should consider when selecting the key competencies; and we must teach children correct attitudes and transferable competencies as the key competencies, which is the main content of school education.
