摘要 高速铁路作为人们出行的重要交通方式,其安全性备受社会瞩目。基于多属性决策理论,从对高速铁路行车相关的设备、人员及行车组织方面存在的威胁进行分析,提出基于威胁分析的安全风险评估方法,并对威胁后果相对严重程度进行定量计算,找到风险相对较大的威胁因子,以便相关人员进行安全决策,从而达到降低高铁行车事故发生率,规避人力、财力、物力损失的目的。最后,通过算例进行分析和说明。 High-speed railway has become an important transportation method, and its safety has attracted much attention. Based on the theory of multiple attribute decision-making, this paper analyzes the threats induced by relevant equipment, personnel and traffic operation of high-speed railway, and puts forward the method of risk assessment. After calculating the threat severity, major risk factors are found to help with safety decision-making, thanks to which the incidence of highspeed traffic accidents is reduced, and casualties, finance and material losses are avoided. At last, an example is given to illustrate the above theory.
