摘要
针对当前开放式超市服务系统环境,运用人因可靠性分析方法,构建基于IDAC追溯模型,对超市服务系统中人因失误进行追溯性分析,找到失误主要原因,为超市服务系统减少问题的产生给出建议,并提出一种优化超市系统的服务蓝图,给大众带来更好地购物体验。
Aiming at the current open supermarket service system environment, the human factor reliability analysis method is used to construct a traceable model based on IDAC,which makes a retrospective analysis of human error in the supermarket service system,finds the main cause of the error,and reduces the problem for the supermarket service system. Make recommendations and propose a service blueprint for optimizing the supermarket system to bring a better shopping experience to the public.
