铁路驼峰调车场作业人员安全防护系统研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 当前我国铁路驼峰编组站作业尚未实现完全自动化,需要大量工作人员参与现场各项作业,为了保障驼峰调车场作业人员的人身安全,从人车潜在冲突预判和人车冲突实时检测及预警 2 方面设计了铁路驼峰调车场作业人员安全防护系统。在潜在冲突预判方面,通过确定车辆溜放时间和作业人员行进时间实现潜在冲突点预判;在人车冲突实时检测及预警方面,通过确定溜放车辆和作业人员的实时位置、检测人车实时距离,实现作业人员危险预警。铁路驼峰调车场作业人员安全防护系统研究对于铁路编组站安全生产具有很强的现实意义。 At present, the operation of railway hump shunting yard hasn’t been completely automated in China, which requires a large number of staff to participate in various works. To protect the safety of operators at the hump shunting yard, the safety protection system for railway hump yard operators is designed from two components of the pre-judgment and the real-time detection-warning. In the aspect of conflict prediction, the potential conflict point prediction is realized through determining the time of vehicle slipping and the time of operator walking.In terms of real-time detection and early warning of con flicts between vehicles and operators, the danger warning for operators is realized by determining the real-time location and checking the real-time distance of vehicles and operators. The safety protection system for railway hump yard operators has a strong practical signi ficance for the safety production of railway marshalling yard.
