摘要
阐述事故案例管理系统的开发需求、开发原则、系统功能和管理模式,分别从定期安全风险研判、专题安全风险研判、特定类型事故案例教育、阶段性重点安全工作、日常安全风险研判等方面分析事故案例管理系统在铁路实际生产中的运用,为铁路安全风险管理提供参考。
Based on elaborating on the development requirement, development principle, system function and management model of the accident case management system, this paper analyses the application of accident case management system in actual production of railway from these perspectives of regular safety risk assessment, specific safety risk assessment, specific type accident case education, periodical key safety work and daily safety risk evaluation in order to provide references for railway safety risk management.
