摘要
采用综合量化分析法,构建综合客运枢纽服务水平评价指标体系,提出各指标的量化方法。根据评价指标体系的结构特点,提出基于粗集多属性决策理论的综合客运枢纽服务水平的评价模型,并用案例验证模型的有效性和可操作性,为未来综合客运枢纽建设提供一定的理论基础。
The paper uses the comprehensive quantitative analysis to construct an index system to evaluate the service level of comprehensive passenger transport hub and puts forward the quantitative method of the evaluation indexes. According to the structure characteristics of the evaluation index system, the paper suggests an evaluation model for service level based on rough set muhiple attribute decision making theory. Empirical results verify the validity and operability of this evaluation method. It also provides the theoretical basis for the future construction of comprehensive passenger transport hub.
