摘要
为提高空港枢纽旅客换乘衔接的运行效率和服务水平,分析空港枢纽特有属性和旅客换乘运行和服务水平的影响因素,考虑新一代信息技术发展下的枢纽旅客服务智慧化趋势,从基础设施配置合理性、旅客服务设施能力、组织有效性、换乘效率、服务水平五个方面,构建空港枢纽旅客换乘衔接评价体系。以某市空港枢纽为例,提出通过层次分析法确定各评价指标权重并计算指标综合评价值,得到该枢纽的旅客换乘衔接综合评价结果,为空港枢纽旅客换乘衔接过程中运行和服务薄弱环节的改进提供依据。
In order to improve the operating efficiency and service level of passenger transfer and connection in airport hubs,the unique attributes of airport hubs and the influencing factors of the passenger transfer operation and service level were analyzed,and the trend of smart passenger services under the development of new generation of information technology was considered.The evaluation system of passenger transfer and connection in airport hubs was established based on the rationality of infrastructure configuration,passenger service facility capacity,organizational effectiveness,transfer efficiency and service Level.Taking an airport hub as an example,it is proposed to use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index and calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the index,and obtain the comprehensive evaluation result of the passenger transfer service of the hub,which provides a reference for improving the operation and service weaknesses in the process of passenger transfer and connection in the airport hub.
