摘要
城市轨道交通线网换乘系统是为乘客换乘服务的,使乘客满意度达到较高的水平,是轨道交通提升整体效益的最根本的目标。从满足乘客换乘需求的角度出发,建立乘客基准比较层次结构,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并用灰色关联分析方法对北京市轨道交通线网换乘效率进行评价,结果显示,换乘步行距离对乘客换乘效率的影响较大,在枢纽设施设计中应作为权重大的因素考虑,使乘客满意度达到较高的水平。
The rail transfer system serves for passengers, so that to satisfy the passengers is the ultimate goal of improving the benefit of urban rail transit. From the requirement of passengers, this article builds the hierarchy for passenger benchmarking and uses AHP to evaluate the weight of indicators, then evaluates the rail transfer system of Bcijing with grey relational analysis. The results show that the transfer distance has the most important influence on transfer efficiency, so that in order to make the passengers more satisfied, it must be considered as the major factor when designing the transfer hub.
