摘要
灰色关联分析目的是寻求系统各因素之间的重要关系,而灰色关联度是灰色关联分析的基础,其算法基本思想是根据行为序列曲线几何形状的相似性来确定序列之间联系的紧密性.本文尝试将这一基本思想应用于顾客满意度指标权重的确定上.文章首先在层次分析法的基础上,应用递阶质量屋方法优化了各因素的权重值,接着利用灰色关联度对产品质量系统中顾客满意度进行了综合评价.最后通过算例综合分析参评产品的总体性能,得出最佳方案.结果表明:该方法能够处理复杂的、多层次的、且信息不够完全的问题,评价方法客观准确,可操作性强.
The goal of grey relational analysis is to search the important relationship among factors. Grey relational degree is the basis of grey relational analysis and the idea of its arithmetic is to confirm the compactness of the sequence according to the geometrical similarity of the sequences. Confirming the weight of customer satisfaction is one of critical problem within measurement research. Firstly, the weight of each factor is optimized by using the hierarchy house of quality based on analytic hierarchy process. Then grey relational analysis synthetically evaluated the degree of customer satisfaction in the product quality system. Finally, the optimal project is received by analyzing the total capability of the product. The result shows that this method can deal with the complicated and multi-hierarchy problem with insufficient information and it is of good maneuverability.
