摘要
新媒体环境下,辅导员开展深度辅导是扩宽思政教育渠道,落实立德树人根本任务,实现大学生全面发展的需要。在实施深度辅导工作中,辅导员需结合新媒体的特点和大学生的心理特征,积极构建起以教师为主导,学生为主体的亦师亦友的育人关系,并最终建立起以新媒体平台为基础的立体深度辅导模式,促进大学生的健康成长。
Providing in--depth counseling is an important way for college advisors to broaden the channels of ideological and political education, fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating highly moral tal- ents and help students achieve full development. Advisors must consider both the features of the new media and the psychological characteristics of college students, build a friendly teacher--student relationship characterized by student--centeredness and work out an in--depth counseling model based on the new media for students＂ healthy growth.
