摘要
依据北京市教工委《北京市大学生思想政治教育专项督察工作方案》提出的开展深度辅导工作的要求,本文在理解、解析辅导员深度辅导内涵的基础上,提出要从社会背景中理解辅导对象、从家庭环境中把握学生个体、从学生个体差异中分析学生的问题和困境这三个方面去全面了解学生;树立正确的深度辅导理念、使用正确的辅导方式;做好深度辅导的目标管理和过程管理等策略来增强辅导员深度辅导的针对性和实效性。
In accordance with relevant regulation and plan, this paper discusses how to make a comprehensive recognition of college students from three aspects, so as to enhance college counselors＇ deep counseling. We should establish correct concept of deep counseling, use correct counseling methods, well arrange counseling goals and process management.
