高校辅导员有针对性地开展深度辅导工作,为大学生健康成长成才提供了重要的保障。如何开展深度辅导是一个值得研究的课题,辅导员对深度辅导的意义、工作原则、实施步骤、实效性展开思考,为深度辅导的实施奠定了基础。
The university counselors are targeted to carry out depth counseling work, in order to provide high quality servi-ces for college students' healthy growth and success. How to prospectively conduct the depth counseling among college stu-dents is an important project. The university counselors are thought about the meaning, working principles, implementation steps, effectiveness of depth counseling, that laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the depth counseling.
