摘要 2014年5月《驻马店共识》的发布,意味着地方本科高校向应用技术大学转型探索全面启动。而教师转型作为学校转型的关键因素之一,各高校都十分重视,如何快速建立一支"双师双能型"的教师队伍已成为各高校面临的共同课题。本文旨在通过出台认定办法、拓宽引才渠道、鼓励教师转型、增加支持奖励力度等四位一体的举措,以寻求转型地方本科高校"双师双能型"教师培育的有效路径。 With the publication of Zhumadian Consensus in May, 2014, the probe into shifting the orientation of the local universities to the applied technology universities is started. Thus universities concentrate their prime attention on the transformation of teaching staff which is the key factor of the success of the transformation of universities and making how to establish a "dual talents and qualifications" teaching staff rapidly a common issue for all universities. This paper aims to propose such measures involving issuing verifying measures, widening channels for introducing talents, encouraging the transformation of teachers and strengthening the supporting and rewarding force to seek an effective path to cultivate "dual talents and qualifications" teaching staff in the transformation of local universities.
