摘要
教师是新建本科高校转型发展的关键。问卷调查和访谈发现:不同学科专业教师总体上支持新建本科高校转型发展,但存在差异;在成为"双师双能型"教师过程中,存在促进教师个人职业发展、适应应用型教育教学方式、改革教学和职称评价方式等问题;采取多种措施,提升教师工程实践能力将有助于新建本科高校转型。为此,政府应该重视顶层设计,加强统筹协调;学校应该注重调研,采取有针对性措施;教师应该更新观念,激发内生动力,三者结合将有助于教师提升工程实践能力,从而促进新建本科高校顺利转型发展。
Teachers are the key elements in the transformation of newly-built universities. Surveys andinterviews show the following: teachers with different professional backgrounds,though supporting the trans-formation in general, tend to have mild disagreements; in the process of becoming teachers with dual talents ordouble certificates,issues like personal development,teaching approaches for applied education and the re-form of evaluation system in teaching and professional titles must be taken into consideration; the adoption ofmultiple measures in improving the teacher's engineering practice ability will no doubt facilitate the transfor-mation of newly-built universities. Therefore,the government should lean more on the planning and coordina-tion in the big picture; universities should take emphasis on surveying and thus apply the corresponding mea-sures; teachers should keep their notions up to speed and therefore generate endogenous power. The integra-tion of these three aspects will help improve the teacher's engineering practice ability, so as to facilitate theprocess of transformation of newly-built universities.
