摘要
应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力的高低,对学校的人才培养质量以及学校的内涵发展有着至关重要的影响。当前,部分应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力不强的现象还客观存在,突出表现在教学内容熟悉程度不够、教学方法过于单一、实践教学研究不够深入三个方面。究其原因,主要是教师培训体系不健全、教学评价体系不完善,以及教师合作发展制度落实乏力。通过采取优化培训模式、健全培训体系、完善平台建设等措施,有助于提高应用型本科院校教师的实践教学能力。
The teachers’ practice teaching competence has a great effect on the quality of talent training and the goal achievement of a university .In fact ,the competence seems to be weaker ,which is shown in the three aspects:enough unfamiliar with the lecture ,simplex teaching method and superficial study of practice teaching .All these mainly results from the defective training system of teachers , imperfect evaluation system and week power of implementation of cooperation system .The solutions include the optimization of training patterns , fulfillment of training system and perfection of training platform .
