摘要
应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力的高低,对学校的人才培养质量以及学校的内涵发展有着至关重要的影响。当前,部分应用型本科院校教师实践教学能力不强的现象还客观存在,突出表现在教学内容熟悉程度不够、教学方法过于单一、实践教学研究不够深入三个方面。究其原因,主要是教师培训体系不健全、教学评价体系不完善,以及教师合作发展制度落实乏力。通过采取优化培训模式、健全培训体系、完善平台建设等措施,有助于提高应用型本科院校教师的实践教学能力。
The teachers’ practice teaching competence has a great effect on the quality of talent training and the goal achievement of a university .In fact ,the competence seems to be weaker ,which is shown in the three aspects：enough unfamiliar with the lecture ,simplex teaching method and superficial study of practice teaching .All these mainly results from the defective training system of teachers , imperfect evaluation system and week power of implementation of cooperation system .The solutions include the optimization of training patterns , fulfillment of training system and perfection of training platform .
