摘要
当前教师培训的有效性常受到质疑,为此,用混合式培训代替单一的培训模式是一种可取的方法。混合式培训把多种培训模式的优势进行融合,拓展了教师的学习空间,构建教师同侪互助支持体系,形成教师培训的立体模式和教师培训的常态化,有效的促进了教师专业化发展。
The effectiveness of teacher training is always under criticism. Single pattern of teacher training will be replaced by Hybrid training mode. Hybrid training mode, making use of the advantages of different training' modes, pays dose attention to the education reality, constructs the training curriculum, and shapes the Stereo Mode of teacher training and the normalization of teacher training, effectively promoting professional development of teachers.
