摘要
有效性是教师专业发展必须关注的问题。本文在对十四份"有效的教师专业发展的特征列表"进行分析的基础上,从教师专业发展的情境、内容和过程三个方面提出了实现有效的教师专业发展的相关建议。
One issue that must be focused on by teacher professional development is effectiveness. This paper analysed the fourteen lists of the characteristics of effective teacher professional development, and on the basis of that, proposed the sug- gestions for realizing effective teacher professional development from three aspects of context, content and process of teacher professional development.
