摘要
教师的转变是教师专业发展过程中的关键要素。文章阐述了国外以"教师的转变"为核心的教师专业发展理论与模型,并试图揭示教师在专业发展过程中学习、反思、实践与转变的认知过程,以深入探究影响教师转变的个人因素与学校社区环境等各种复杂的因素。最后,从教师的自主学习、学校社区环境与评价机制三个方面提出了对教师专业发展的建议。
"Teacher change" is a key element of teacher professional development. The article summarizes the foreign models and theories of teacher-change centered teacher professional development and investigates the cognitive processes of teachers' learning, reflection, teaching practices and change to probe into personal and institutional factors effecting teacher change. Finally, the author provided suggestions on Chinese teachers' professional development in terms of teachers' autonomous learning, school community environment support and evaluation mechanism.
