摘要
教师专业化发展是各国政府和学术界长期关注的一个热点问题。乐山师范学院英语专业结合精品课程体系建设,探索通过师资发展规划与课程管理制度、教学与学术团队、教材编写、教学改革与研究、教学技能训练、教学反思、师德建设与自我认同等促进教师专业化发展的途径,让教师切身体会到精品课程建设对自己专业化发展具体而又重要的作用,从而解决了精品课程建设的教师动力问题,收到一举两得的效果。
Teachers' professional development has long been a hot issue. By integrating the construction of top-quality course system, the English faculty of Leshan Teachers' College has been trying to explore the routes through staff development program construction, course management system, teaching and academic groups, textbooks compilation, teaching reform and research, teaching ability training, teaching introspection, teaching professional ethic construction and ego-approval so as to promote foreign language teachers' development. The teachers have truly developed themselves in their teaching profession in the construction of top-quality courses. By this means, the teachers are motivated to dedicate themselves to the construction of top-quality courses and as a result, the construction of top-quality courses is guaranteed, with the result of killing two birds with one stone.
