摘要
高校英语教师的职业发展,可分为教职适应、快速成长、成熟稳定、停滞衰退或持续发展四个阶段。文章分析了各阶段教师六项主要职业发展需求,并提出如何指出满足这些需求的主要举措,从而大幅度提升教师的职业品质。
Profession development of English teachers in university could be divided into four stages of teaching job adaptation, swift growing, maturely stability and stagnant declination or sustainable development. The article analyzed six main items of professional development demand in each stage and pointed out the main measures of how to meet these demand to advancing teachers' professional quality in large scale.
