摘要
作为促进外语教师专业发展方法之一的同伴观摩在我国高校较少采用。因此,基于理论基础和实施方法上对同伴观摩方法做一介绍,并对学校在采用这一方法中可能出现的问题提出建议,同时揭示同伴观摩方法的特点和价值,希望高校采用这一手段促进外语教师的专业发展。
