摘要
中高职衔接项目目前存在项目重源头、轻结果,项目质量保证主体不明、职责不清,项目质量保证基础薄弱、投入不足,项目质量保证体系不全、执行不力等问题。以提升项目质量为目标,以现代大学治理理论、戴明循环和知识创新理论为指导,构建中高职衔接项目质量自主保证体系,包括组织架构体系、制度保障体系、质量目标与标准体系、质量自主诊改模式、监测反馈系统。
There exist the main problems in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education project, such as attaching importance to the source while despising the results, etc. This paper, with improving project quality as the goal, with modern university governance theory, PDCA circulation and knowledge innovation theory as a guide, has given an idea to construct independent quality assurance system in the secondary and higher vocational connection education project, and has constructed a whole independent quality assurance system from organization structure system design, institutional guarantee system design, quality target and standard system construction, exploration of independent quality diagnosis and reform mode, and monitoring and feedback system construct.
