对中国企业内教育的理性思考

摘要 对于一个企业而言,能否在激烈的竞争中处于优势,关键在于是否拥有高素质的企业员工。而企业内教育无疑是企业培养高素质人才、使企业在竞争中处于不败之地的重要法宝。对于中国而言企业内教育还存在着诸如培训计划执行不力、培训内容随意性大、培训次数少、培训经费少、师资力量薄弱、缺乏有效的评估机制等问题,只有采取相应的措施,才能使中国的企业内教育得到发展壮大,进而推动整个职业教育的发展。 As for an enterprise, it is important to have high-qualified staffs for being advantageous in the serious competition, so enterprise inner education undoubtedly is the important thing for cultivating high-qualified talent and being advantageous. As for Chinese enterprise inner education, there are many problems such as poor training execution, content random, low training frequency, lack of training finance, poor teaching force, lack of efficient evaluation system and so on.We need take some counter measures in order to make Chinese enterprise inner education have a further advance and then promote vocational education's development.
