摘要
目前我国面临人才培养总量不足、岗位适应期长和专业素养欠缺等现实困境。其主要原因,一是人才培养理念上的偏失形成的人才培养质量错位,二是专业课程结构失衡造成的师范生专业素养缺失,三是人才培养模式的局限导致的师范生人文底蕴不足。创设丰富的情景性情意课程、优化专业课程结构、创新音乐专业人才培养模式和提供微案例式研究型课程等是有效提升人才培养质量的基本途径。
The value of music education for people is indisputable, but music education faces short of talents cultivation, low post adjustment period is long and lack of professionalism, etc. We based on the college music education, the professional talents of the colleges and universities music education professional personnel training quality for reflection, think that the main reason has three aspects: (1) on the concept of talent training quality of talent cultivation of team ship dislocation; (2) professional course structure imbalance caused by students" lack of professionalism. (3) the limitations of personnel training mode caused insufficient cultural atmosphere is one of the main reason for the students. Based on this, advances the meaning through the creation of scenarios temperament courses, optimizing the structure of professional course, music professional personnel training mode innovation and provide the case type research courses such as the basic route of effectively improving the quality of personnel training.
