摘要
本文通过对山东省的1000名常住人口进行问卷调查所得到的数据进行统计分析,构建了公众对食品安全政府规制满意度的影响因素模型。运用spss18.0的pca法得出了影响公众对食品安全政府规制满意度的最重要的3个关键因子分别是政府执行力度、公众的食品安全意识和制度的完善程度,并提出集中政府资源从规范化、信息化、法制化的规制路径来改善公众对食品安全政府规制的满意度,提升食品安全政府规制的绩效,从而提高公众对我国食品安全的信心。
Through the questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 permanent residents in shandong province the data statistical analysis, build the influence factors of the public on food safety government regulation satisfaction model. Using spss18.0 pca method, it is concluded that the influence of public food safety government regulation of satisfaction of the most important three key factors and according to the sort of importance, it is concluded that the government enforcement, public food safety consciousness, the perfect degree of the system of influences of various factors on the public satisfaction,centralized government resources is put forward from the rules of standardization, informationization, legalization path to improve the satisfaction degree of the public on food safety government regulation,improve the performance of the government's rules and regulations, improve the public's confidence in food safety.
