陕西省韩城市城区居民食品安全问卷调查分析

摘要 为了了解陕西省韩城市城区居民对食品安全的重视程度,对韩城市食品安全现状进行了问卷调查,调查结果显示:市民参与食品安全监管的意愿较高,非常关注食品安全,选择"很关注"和"关注"食品安全的市民达到了93.63%;市民获取食品安全信息的途径主要是微信、微博、QQ等网络新媒体;市民对食品安全工作的总体认知度较高,认为当前韩城市食品安全状况"明显好转"和"逐渐好转"的市民达到了79.37%;市民普遍认为监管部门在以后的食品安全监管中,应该"突出重点环节,加大专项整治打击力度";最应该强化的监管措施是"食品安全违法行为的处罚力度";最有效的监管措施是"严厉查处违法者";市民最担心的食品安全问题是"食品添加剂超标(如色素、香精、防腐剂)";市民最希望了解的食品安全知识是"食品质量鉴别"。此次问卷调查不仅可以公正、客观地反映出韩城市食品安全监管的真实情况,还可以根据调查结果,提出切实可行的改善途径,为进一步加强食品安全监管工作提供参考。 To master the food safety attention level of urban residents of Hancheng in Shannxi province,the paper carried out a questionnaire on the present situation of food safety,the results showed that:The citizens had higher intention to participate in food safety supervision and paid very careful attention to food safety.93.63%of citizens paid close attention or paid attention to food safety.The main ways for citizens to obtain food safety information were We Chat,micro-blog,QQ and other new media networks.The citizens had a higher general awareness of food safety,and 79.37%of citizens considered that the food safety situation in Hancheng City has improved markedly and gradually.The citizens generally believed that in the future food safety supervision,the regulatory authorities should emphasize key linkages and increase the intensity of special rectification efforts.The most important supervisory measure to be strengthened was the punishment of food safety violations.The most effective regulatory measure was to severely investigate and punish offenders.The food safety issue that the citizens was most worried about was excessive food additives(pigments,flavors,preservatives).The knowledge of food safety that citizens most want to know was food quality identification.This questionnaire could not only reflect the true situation of food safety supervision in Hancheng City fairly and objectively,but also propose practical and feasible ways to improve food safety supervision according to the results,and provide reference for strengthening food safety supervision further.
