摘要
双师型教师队伍建设是我国高等职业院校培养高素质技能型专门人才的必备条件,也是高等职业教育健康持续发展的重要保障。通过对我国高等职业教育双师型教师培养现状的分析,以及与日本高等职业教育双师型教师培养现状的比较研究,提出了日本高等职业教育师资培养对我国的几点启示。
The construction of double-qualified teachers not only serves as the necessity for cultivating high-skilled professionals in Chinese higher vocational colleges, but also guarantees the sustainable development of higher vocational education. This paper analyses the status quo of double-qualified teachers' training in Chinese higher vocational education, and compares it with the counterpart in Japan, and provides enlightenment for teacher development of higher vocational education in China.
