摘要
职业院校“双师型”教师已经成为一种意义符号。在综合已有的认识基础上,赋予它“双层次”的新内涵,即能力层次上的“经师+技师”,素质层次上的“人师+事师”。其专业化要求为师授能力渊博化、师范水平精湛化、师德修养境界化、师导定位专业化。
Dual-mode teachers in vocational schools have become a symbol with a specific meaning. On the basis of a summary, we give it a new definition of double level, which means teachers of professional knowledge and technology on the level of capability, and means teachers of cultivating personality and of profession guidance on the level of quality. Its professionalization requires intensification of teachers′ ability, highly-qualified level of teaching model, excellent state in teaching ability, and professionalization in job guidance.
