摘要
目的:综合考察药品价值的内涵、评价方法及评价指标,为探索建立基于药品价值的定价机制提供参考。方法:通过检索中英文数据库,查阅国内外的相关文献,介绍基于药品价值定价的当前研究现状。结果:国内外对于药品价值的研究已经取得较大的成效,但仍然缺少一套科学有效的药品价值综合评价指标体系。结论:以价值为基础对药品进行定价是世界各国药价改革的未来方向,因此必须积极探索科学标准的药品价值评价方法与指标,为基于药品价值的分级定价提供参考依据。
Objective： To research a comprehensive connotation, evaluation method and index of drug value, so as to provide references for value-based drug pricing mechanism. Methods： Through the review of related foreign and domestic literature, by retrieving both Chinese and English database, the current research status of the pharmaceutical value based pricing was introduced. Results： Although the foreign and domestic research of drug value had achieved great progress, but still lacked a set of scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation index system of pharmaceutical value. Conclusion： It is the future of drug pricing reform to formulate medicine price based on its value. Therefore, the relevant department must explore scientific and standard pharmaceutical value evaluation methods anti indicators actively so as to provide references of graded pricing based on drug value.
