摘要
我国医药服务市场中政府失灵主要表现在政府干预不足和政府干预过度2个方面,政府干预不足具体体现在药品价格管理、招标采购、财政投入3个方面;政府干预过度具体体现在公共卫生政策、医药领域商业贿赂2个方面。针对其存在的问题提出建立合理的医药价格管理制度、加强遏制腐败行为等来提高政府效能,从而保障我国医药行业的顺利运转。
It analyses major expression on two sides of government＇s inadequate and excessive intervention in medical and health services market. Government＇s inadequate intervention is instantiated in three sides of drug price management,purchasing by invitation to bid and financial investment. excessive Government＇s excessive intervention is instantiated in two sides of public health policy and commercial bribery in medical field. Aiming at the existing problems,it puts forward countermeasures that establish reasonable drug price management system,strengthen restraint corruptions and so on,so as to ensure the smooth operation of China＇s pharmaceuticals industry.
