摘要
目的:探索药品技术价值与经济价值之间的相关性,为制药企业的产品研发和市场维护提供一定参考。方法:通过选定反映药品技术价值和经济价值的相关变量,利用SPSS统计分析软件,以美国食品与药品管理局2001年版《药品橙皮书》中的专利药品为样本,进行药品技术价值指标与经济价值指标间的χ2检验,判定其间的相关关系。结果与结论:药品技术价值与经济价值之间具有相关性,但是技术价值高的药品不一定具有较高的经济价值,新剂型药物相较新化合实体药物更容易成为畅销药。
OBJECTIVE ： To study the correlation between the technical value and the economic value of drugs, and to provide references for the R＆D and market maintenance. METHODS： Based on related variable which reflected technogical value and economical value of drugs, with SPSS statistical software, Chisquared test of the technical value index and the economic value index of drugs was carried out on the sample drugs published in FDA＇ s Drug Orange Book. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： A significant correlation is noted between technical value and economic value of drugs. However, the drugs with higher technical value may not possess higher economic value. And NDD tends to become best-selling drug much more easily than NCE.
