摘要
教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,有质量的公平是教育公平的深层次追求,学校课程发展质量是衡量教育过程质量的重要尺度。课程发展质量的考察应以符合教育目标、执行课程方案与标准、尊重学生差异、教育过程满意为取向,并以学校课程、教师课程、学生经验课程、课程发展影响因素等作为考察维度,重点关注执行课程方案及标准、课程发展水平、使用者满意度、使用者代价、保障措施等方面的课程发展要素。
Education equity is the basis of social equity, and education equity with quality is the deep pursuit of education equity. School curriculum development quality is an important measurement of education process quality. The evaluation of curriculum development quality should adopt the orientations of conforming to educational goals, implementing curriculum plan and standard, respecting students' differences, and satisfying with educational process. Besides, the evaluation dimension should be centered on school curriculum, teacher curriculum, students' experience curriculum and influencing factors of curriculum development. To measure the curriculum development, we should emphasize on essential elements of curriculum development, such as implementing curriculum plan and standard, curriculum development level, user satisfaction, cost of use and safeguard measures.
