摘要
目前使用的高等教育质量概念移植自工商领域,忽视教育的伦理和道德教化责任,体现出很强的市场化倾向。理解高等教育质量,需要审视大学的根本责任和使命,回归教育属性,把立德树人作为理解高等教育质量的价值坐标,在教学、科研、社会服务等高等教育诸多功能中突出育人的根本性地位,在多种价值主张中明确"本地立场",在过去、现在和未来的时空坐标中注重增值赋能,突出核心能力的培养。
The current concept of quality in higher education is borrowed from the field of industry and commerce.It ignores the ethical and moral responsibilities of education,and shows a strong tendency toward marketization.To understand the quality of higher education,it is necessary to examine the fundamental responsibilities and missions of higher education institutions,and return to the true nature of education.Fostering virtue through education should be established as the value coordinates for understanding the quality of higher education,and its fundamental role should be highlighted in the teaching,scientific resarches and social services of higher education institutions.The"local standpoint"should be clarified in a variety of value propositions.In addition,value-added empowerment in the past,present and future coordinates of time and space,and cultivation of core capabilities should be emphasized.
