我国现代职业教育标准体系建设:逻辑、困境与进路 被引量:11

摘要 当前,我国现代职业教育标准体系建设既与世界职业教育实践同步发展,镜鉴着发达国家和地区职业教育标准体系建设的先发经验,也在我国经济社会复杂结构规制下探索前行并遵循着具有普遍性的理论逻辑及强有力的政策逻辑。受理论指引、建设基础、实践力度、主体意识及能力等历史和现实因素的影响,中国特色现代职业教育标准体系建设尚存在理论建设与实践进升之间的互动反哺远未形成良性循环、标准体系纵向贯通与横向融通推进乏力、标准到实践的转化通道有待全面打通、标准体系双向交流的新型国际格局亟需加快塑造等系列困境。面向未来,需要树立国际视野和宏观思维,实现"指导理论—标准体系—实践行动"有序衔接和生发共促,以标准化、体系化设计推进中国特色世界一流现代职业教育标准体系建设。 The construction of the standard system of modern vocational education with Chinese characteristics has developed simultaneously with the practice of vocational education in the world.It draws on the first-hand experience of the construction of the standard system of vocational education in developed countries and regions,and explores and advances under the regulation of the complex economic and social structure of our country and follows the universal theoretical logic and strong policy logic.Under the influence of historical and practical factors such as theory construction,development basis,practice strength,subject consciousness and ability,the interaction between theory construction and practice in the construction of modern vocational education standard system with Chinese characteristics has not yet formed a virtuous circle.The promotion of vertical and horizontal integration of standard system is weak.The transformation channel from standard to practice needs to be fully opened,and the new country of bilateral communication with the international pattern needs to be shaped quickly.In the future,it is necessary to establish an international vision and macro thinking,realize the orderly connection and promotion of"guiding theory-standard system-practical action",and promote the construction of world-class modern vocational education standard system with Chinese characteristics and standardized and systematic design.
