芦荟凝胶干粉对肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清蛋白质量浓度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将芦荟凝胶干粉(Aloe gel powder,AGP)作为饲料添加剂,于肉鸡基础日粮中分别添加200、400和600mg/kg,并以不添加作为对照,就AGP添加剂不同剂量对黄羽肉鸡免疫器官指数和血清蛋白质量浓度的影响进行了研究.结果表明:3种剂量的AGP在一定程度上都可以促进肉鸡免疫器官的发育,提高肉鸡免疫器官指数;并可提高肉鸡血清蛋白质的质量浓度,尤其是对血清球蛋白质量浓度的影响最为明显;除个别处理外,AGP各处理组血清球蛋白质量浓度均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05).由此证明,AGP添加剂可促进肉鸡免疫器官的生长发育,提高血清球蛋白质量浓度,因而在一定程度上可增强肉鸡的免疫力. Aloe gel powders (AGP) were used as a feed additive and added respectively in yellow- feather broiler (broiler) diets in amount of 200, 400 and 600 mg/kg, and no AGP added was used as control. The effects of AGP on immune organs indexes and serum protein concentrations of broiler were studied. The results showed that AGP could promote the development of immune organs and increase their indexes. The serum protein concentration of broiler, especially globulin concentration, could be improved in three AGP treated groups, and globulin concentrations of all AGP treated groups were significantly higher than those of control (P 〈 0.05) except for few cases. It was proved that certain amount of AGP added in the diet could improve immune organ development, increase serum globulin concentra- tion, thus enhancing the immunity of broiler.
