芦荟凝胶对放射性皮炎愈合过程中肉芽组织及创面愈合率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察芦荟凝胶对大鼠放射性皮炎愈合过程中创面愈合率及肉芽组织的影响。方法:首先建立SD大鼠裸露背部10%Ⅱ度放射性皮炎模型,随机分成两组,对照组为自然愈合组,实验组为芦荟外涂组,实验组每日进行鲜芦荟凝胶对辐射伤口区的外涂,每日两次。辐射伤后6、10、18、24、34d各活杀大鼠10只,每组各5只。分别记录肉芽组织均数和创面愈合率。结果:实验组肉芽组织均数和创面愈合率较对照组高,两组间差异有显著性。结论:芦荟凝胶对放射性皮炎的愈合有促进作用。 Objective:To observe effects of the aloe gel for the wound healing rate and the granulation tissue rate in healing of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction in rats. Methods: The rats models of 10% Ⅱ radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction on nude back were established. The rats were divided into 2 groups randomly: the normal healing group was the control group, and experimental group treated with aloe gel twice a day. At the 6th, 10th, 18th, 24th, 34th day after radiation, 5 rats in each group were killed, the wound healing rate and the granulation tissue rate were detected. Results: The wound healing rate and the granulation tissue rate in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion: The aloe gel can promote the healing of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction.
