摘要
比较研究了3种芦荟多糖的体外抗肿瘤药效.采用体外培养法培养细胞,MTT比色法观察3种芦荟多糖在7个质量浓度下对Hela、K562和A973细胞株的体外直接作用.结果,随着芦荟多糖质量浓度的增加,对3种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用不断增强.经计算,对于Hela、K562和A9733种人体肿瘤细胞,库拉索芦荟多糖的IC50分别为183 40、170 26和151 12Qg/mL;木立芦荟多糖的IC50分别为191 18、125 44和49 01欤?mL;中国芦荟多糖的IC50分别为78 79、138 02和114 48欤?mL,均高于10嚕?mL.倒置显微镜下观察发现,除200、400嚕?mL两剂量外,给药后各孔细胞形态良好,与空白对照组比较无明显变化.以上结果提示3种芦荟多糖对上述3种瘤细胞直接作用较弱.
To study the anti-tumor effects in vitro of three kinds of Aloe polysaccharides (APs). Techniques of cell culture and the MTT assay were used to observe the inhibitory effects of three APs on Hela, K562 and A973 tumor cell lines under 7 different concentrations. With the increase of concentration, the inhibition rate of 3 APs to the three kinds of tumor cells increased. To the three different human tumor cells of Hela, K562 and A973, the IC50 of PAVL is 18340, 17026 and 15112 g/mL; the IC_(50) of PAAM is 19118, 12544 and 4901 g/mL; the IC_(50) of PAC is 7879, 13802 and 11448 g/mL. Under inverted microscope, it can also be observed that no evident morphological changes are found on the different tumor cells except the 200 and 400 g/mL groups of 3 APs. The three APs have not apparent inhibitory effects on Hela, K562 and A973 tumor cells in vitro.
