摘要
观察仙人掌属3种植物多糖对人肺腺癌(Anip)细胞、宫颈癌(Hela)细胞、白血病(K562)细胞生长的抑制作用,并进行比较分析.采用MTT法,对细胞生长抑制率、存活率、半数抑制浓度进行测定.结果3种仙人掌多糖对人癌细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,且随药物浓度增加,抑制率逐渐增大,与正常组比较作用极其显著(P<0 01).其中药用仙人掌多糖对人肺腺癌(Anip)细胞生长的抑制作用最强,食用仙人掌多糖对人白血病(K562)细胞生长的抑制作用最强,仙人球多糖对人宫颈癌(Hela)细胞生长的抑制作用最强.仙人掌属3种植物多糖对人肺腺癌细胞、宫颈癌细胞、白血病细胞生长有很好的抑制作用.
To study the impressive effect of three polysaccharides of Opuntia on Anip,Hela,K562, and compare with each other. Using MTT to determine the impressive rate,the survival rate,and the half impressive concentration. The three polysaccharides of cactus have remarkable impressive effect on human cancer, and the effect is related with the drug concentration. The results showed that the medical cactus has the best impressive effect on Anip, the edible cactus has the best impressive effect on K562, another cactus has the best impressive effect on Hela. The three polysaccharides of cactus have remarkable impressive effect on Anip,Hela,K562.
