摘要
以仙人掌为原料,用热水浸提法提取多糖,采用正交试验法对仙人掌多糖的提取工艺进行优化.结果表明,优选出仙人掌多糖最佳提取工艺:质量浓度为33 3g/L,提取温度95℃,提取时间2h,75%乙醇醇析.多糖的平均提取率为4 73%.
<Abstrcat>The polysaccharides from Opuntia have been extracted with hot-water.The technological parameter of the extraction was determined by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows: ρ=33.3 g/L,extracting for 2 h with 2 repetitions at the temperature of 95℃ and precipitating with 75% ethanol. Under this condition, the rate of extraction for the polysaccharides from Opuntia was 4.73% average.
