摘要
以胖大海为原料,对其水溶性多糖的工艺进行了研究.正交实验表明,水煎煮法提取水溶性胖大海多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1∶55,温度控制在90℃,提取时间为1 h;超声法提取胖大海多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比为:1∶55,超声功率为250 W,提取时间为15m in.结果表明,在最佳提起工艺条件下,超声法提取水溶性胖大海多糖的量是水煎煮法的3.44倍,说明超声法是从胖大海中提取水溶性多糖的一种较好的方法。
The extracting technology was studied on the water-soluble polysaccharides from Sterculia lychnophora. With the orthogonal experimental design, the optimum conditions of the hot water extraction were obtained : the raw materials were extracted by water at 90℃ for 1 h with a ratio( material to solvent) of 1: 55. The ultrasonic-aided conditions were time:15 min, power:250W ratio of material to solvent: 1: 55. The results showed that under the optimum extracting conditions, the content of the water-solute polysaccharides by ultrasonic extraction was 3.44 times as much as the hot water extraction, indicating that it is a better method for polysaccharide extraction of S. lychnophora.
