摘要
探讨纺纱假捻的机理和应用问题。综述了纺纱假捻、加捻的发展历程和假捻的基本机理,解析了假捻产生的五种形态,介绍了常见假捻器及其特征,重点评述了粗梳毛纺、超大牵伸条卷机、自捻纺纱机、粗纱锭翼假捻器、花式捻线机、转杯纺、包缠纺、黏合纺、低扭矩纺纱等假捻利用的实例和发展前景。认为:加捻是纺纱的重要手段,研究纺纱假捻的机理和应用有利于纺纱工艺的不断创新和发展。
The principle and application problems of false twist in spinning were discussed. The false twist in spinning, development history of twisting and basic principle of false twist were reviewed. Five kinds of morpholo- gy generated during false twist were analyzed. Common false twisters and their properties were introduced. Practi cal examples and development prospect of false twist utilization in woollen spinning,oversized draft lap former, self twister, roving flyer false twister, fancy twister, rotor spinning, warp spinning, bonding spinning, lower torque spinning and so on were reviewed in emphasis. It is considered that twisting is the important technology means of spinning. The principle and application study of false twist in spinning are beneficial to the continuous innovation and development of spinning technology.
