摘要
开发了一套碳纤维电热体编制设备及工艺控制模型,并对元件进行了一系列电热性能测试。结果表明,加捻及合股工艺的配合比是调整碳纤维股线捻度、外观及强度的关键参数;缠绕装置中排线角正切控制电热芯的螺旋排布。调整以上编制参数所得的电热元件,其功率偏差较小、表面温度均匀、使用寿命较长,可用于制备任意规格的碳纤维电热元件以满足不同加热环境的需要。
The weaving equipment and process control model for carbon fiber electric-heating element were developed, and the electro-thermal properties of elements were tested. The results show that variable ratios in twisting and strands processing are key parameters for adjusting the twist, appearance and strength of carbon fiber yarns ; the helix array of electric-heating core is controlled by tanθ of winding appliance. The electric heating elements, adjusted by the above weaving parameters, have low power difference, uniform surface temperature, and long working life, and can meet the heating requirement in different working environments. This weaving equipment and model can be applied to produce any kinds of carbon fiber electric-heating elements.
