平行纺成纱质量指标回归分析及工艺参数优化

摘要 探讨平行纺成纱质量指标回归分析方法,并对纺纱工艺参数进行优化。利用DesignExpert软件,采用响应曲面法,通过改变包缠张力和包缠捻度两个因素进行试验设计,以棉/锦纶88/12粗纱为芯、涤纶长丝5.56 tex为外包纱进行平行纱的纺制,并测试成纱强力和条干CV指标,建立成纱强力、条干CV指标的回归模型,并对模型进行验证及响应面分析,最后综合质量指标进行最优化求解。结果表明:平行纱的断裂强力与长丝的包缠张力呈线性关系,与包缠捻度关系不大;平行纱的条干CV与包缠捻度呈二次曲线关系,而与长丝的包缠张力关系不大;并在此基础上对成纱质量指标多目标求解得到最佳工艺方案。认为:当包缠张力1倍、包缠捻度800捻/m时,平行纱断裂强力309.884 cN、条干CV 17.641%,质量指标较优。 Regression analysis method of parallel spinning yarn quality index was discussed and the spinning process parameters were optimized.Design Expert software and the response surface method were used,experimental design was carried out by changing the two factors of wrapping tension and wrapping twist.Cotton/nylon 88/12 roving was used as core yarn and 5.56 tex polyester filament was used as outer yarn to spin parallel yarn.Yarn strength and evenness CV index were tested,regression model of yarn strength and evenness CV index was established,the model was verified and response surface analysis was carried out,finally the comprehensive quality index was optimized and solved.The results showed that the breaking strength of parallel yarn had linear relationship with wrapping tension of filament and had little relationship with wrapping twist.Evenness CV of the parallel yarns had quadratic curve relationship with wrapping twist,but had little relationship with wrapping tension of filament.And on this basis,multi-objective solution of yarn quality index was obtained,the optimal process plan was determined.It is considered when wrapping tension is one time and wrapping twist is 800 twists/m,breaking strength of the parallel yarn is 309.884 cN,evenness CV is 17.641%and the quality index is better.
